PURPOSE: A display device is provided to prevent an increase of wiring resistance and parasitic capacitance between wires. CONSTITUTION: Scanning lines(103) cross a signal line(121). A first electrode(123) is projected from the signal lines. Second electrodes(125a) face the first electrode. Pixel electrodes(139a) are connected to the second electrodes respectively. A semiconductor film(135) is provided to the scanning line and among the first electrode and the second electrodes and is connected to the first electrode and the second electrodes. Some signal lines have loop shapes with openings. Some first electrodes are overlapped with the openings. |
