PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device using graphene is provided to change wires into graphene by using metal or metal oxide with the graphene when a source electrode and a drain electrode are formed. CONSTITUTION: A first wire is formed on a substrate(1) in a first direction. A second wire and a third wire are formed on the substrate in a second direction. A first thin film transistor is connected to the first wire and the second wire. A second thin film transistor is connected to the first thin film transistor and the third wire. An organic light emitting device is connected to the second thin film transistor.
