The present invention aims to resolve the problems of conventional four wheel drive hybrid electric cars, which are different from the general four wheel drives in that the front and the rear wheels frequently slip while driving, leading to the problem of decreased efficiency of the electric car, battery is formed integrated, and the weight and the volume of the four wheel drive motor is large, which makes the weight of the car heavier, increasing the battery consumption, and leading to the problem of having to charge frequently, and thus aims to provide a 1:1 automatic fixed speed control device for the four wheels on a military vehicle high speed electric car comprising: a normal power supply module (100); an integrated solar-cell panel (200); a 1:1 automatic fixed speed control module (300); and a multi-channel lithium battery charge module (400), wherein the electricity generated through the solar-cell panels on the roof of a vehicle and generator electricity due to vehicle driving can be charged in a low voltage to the multi-channel charge battery, individual motors and individual batteries can be mounted 1:1 on the left side of the front wheel, right side of the front wheel, left side of the rear wheel, right side of the rear wheel of the vehicle so that even when the revolution number of the individual motors and the charge voltage of the individual batteries are different, the four wheels can be rotated uniformly through the 1:1 automatic fixed speed control of the mycom unit, reducing the weight and consumed electric current of the individual motors by ¼ of the conventional motors, disperse the weight and the capacity of the individual batteries by ¼ that of conventional batteries, and most of all, the charge time can be reduced to ¼ of conventional charge time through individual charging, and replacement is convenient because the weight of the battery is light.
