<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device which can perform focus detection with small number of memory cells. <P>SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device comprises a sensor cell (101) which outputs a signal subjected to photoelectric conversion by a photoelectric conversion element on a common output line, a transfer circuit (201) which transfers signals on a common output line while storing in a transfer capacity, and first through third memory cells (301, 401, 501) which store signals on the common output line in first through third memory capacities and output the signals in the first through third memory capacities to the common output line while inverting and amplifying. The first memory cell writes a reset noise signal resulting from reset into the first memory capacity, the third memory cell writes the reset noise signal written in the first memory capacity into the third memory capacity, the second memory cell writes the reset noise signal written in the third memory cell into the second memory capacity, and the transfer circuit adds the reset noise signal of the second memory cell and the output signal from the sensor cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
