PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter power generation apparatus that can control a converter by estimating an electrical angle of a synchronous motor without using expensive sensors.
SOLUTION: Every time a rotary shaft of a synchronous motor 13 makes a single rotation, a converter 14 generates a number of sawtooth waves corresponding to the number of pole pairs as an initial electrical angle according to an ECU pulse output from an ECU 19 disposed on an engine 11. Once the converter 14 is driven with the estimated initial electrical angle, if d'q' coordinate axes of the electrical angle estimated by the converter 14 are out of phase by an angle θ with dq coordinate axes of the synchronous motor 13, Iq', Id', Vd' are computed and a phase difference θ is calculated therefrom. The phase shift of the electrical angle is then corrected on the basis of the phase difference θ. The electrical angle of the synchronous motor 13 can thus be estimated in the absence of a sensor P for detecting an angular position of the rotary shaft on the synchronous motor 13, so that the scale of the apparatus can be simplified for cost reduction.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
