PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing program and the like with which drag operation in a scroll direction enables scroll display by a scroll amount (scroll width) larger than that at the time of scroll display in the scroll direction.

SOLUTION: A display area includes a scroll image display area for displaying an image to be scrolled. When at least one of determinations is confirmed that a touch position on the display area by a user is displaced in a first direction (scroll direction) and that a touch position on the display area by the user is displaced in a direction different from the first direction, the image to be scrolled displayed in the scroll image display area is subjected to scroll display in the first direction.
