PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dongle access key capable of reducing input labor of user's certification information to access a web page where certification information entry is required and reducing a risk of use of the certification information by a third party.

SOLUTION: When a personal identification is confirmed with a dongle access key having a biometric authentication function, an automatic input of certification information and registration are executed using a particular browser in the dongle access key.
