<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus using a vibration piece capable of being downsized while maintaining vibration characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus includes a crystal vibration piece 1 and a circuit part. The crystal vibration piece 1 includes: a base part 2; a pair of arm parts 3a that extends with the base part 2 being a root and arranged along the width direction of the base part 2; and a cut part 7 that is formed by reducing the width of the base part 2 from each side of the arm parts 3a in the width direction. The root includes a first root part 31 that is located at a side where the arm parts 3a oppose to each other and a second root part 32 that is located at a side where the arm parts 3a do not oppose.
