<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an occupied area of a memory part which stores identification information for respectively identifying a plurality of semiconductor chips. <P>SOLUTION: Each of semiconductor chips includes a first switch part which receives a clock signal input from a first stage and transmits the signal to a second stage, a signal path part which receives an identification signal input from the first stage and transmits the signal to the second stage, a second switch part which receives the identification signal from the signal path part and bifurcates the signal, a storage part which stores, as identification information, the identification signal bifurcated by the second switch part, and a switch control part which controls the first switch part and the second switch part on the basis of the clock signal and allows the first switch part in a non-conductive state, for example, until the identification information is stored in the storage part, while allowing the second switch part in a conductive state, switches the first switch part to the conductive state while switching the second switch part to the non-conductive state after the identification information is stored in the storage part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
