MEASURING METHOD USING BIOSENSOR, AND BIOSENSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor capable of using a circuit or a transistor part which requires cost, several times.

SOLUTION: A biosensor comprises a base material; a source electrode and a drain electrode disposed on the base material; a transistor portion having a semiconductor film disposed on the base material so as to ohmic contact with the source electrode and the drain electrode, and a first insulation film contacting on the semiconductor film; and a conductive film disposed on the first insulation film. The conductive film can be attached/detached to/from the transistor portion. A second insulation film may be disposed on the conductive film.
