<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric actuator that allows cost reduction by reducing the number of components and is also made more reliable by simplifying a detent mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: A housing 2a has formed therein a cylindrical sac hole housing a drive shaft 7. A side cover 13 is detachably fixed to the housing 2a. A guide member 14 is mounted on an inner wall of the side cover 13. The guide member 14 has a recessed groove 14a that has an approximately U-shaped cross-section, faces the drive shaft 7, and extends along an axial direction. A detent pin 9 embedded in an external diameter of a spring shaft 15 is engaged with the recessed groove 14a, and the spring shaft 15 is thus supported in such a manner as to be unrotatable with respect to the housing 2a and be movable along the axial direction. A sensor link 20 is attached to a sensor pin 21 that is rotatably inserted in the housing 2a, and engaged with the detent pin 9. A magnet 23 is attached to an end of the sensor pin 21. A magnetic sensor 24 is arranged so as to face the magnet 23 through a predetermined air gap, and detects rotation angle of the sensor pin 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
