<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably identify a station which performs a retry frequently, and to prevent elongation of cycle time. <P>SOLUTION: A monitoring device 20 for monitoring machine tools of respective stations 1ST-11ST forming a processing line comprises: a retry monitoring part 21 in a CPU unit 10 of a first PLC 8 connected to solenoids 36, 39 and a pressure switch 40 of a clamp unit 3 for a work-piece in each machine tool; and a display 22. The retry monitoring part 21 includes a retry counter for counting frequency of a retry for each machine tool, accumulates a count value of the retry counter for each unit time, stores the cumulative value in a data storage area, and can display the value at the display 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
