<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve determination accuracy for determining the quality of an AC signal having an event where change of an instantaneous value stops near a reference value. <P>SOLUTION: The measuring device includes a processing unit for setting an upper limit value B and a lower limit value C by adding or subtracting an addition value D1 or a subtraction value E1 for an instantaneous value of an AC signal S1 for one period as a comparison target, and determining the quality of a determination target based on the result of comparing the instantaneous value of the comparison target with the upper limit value B and the lower limit value C. The processing unit calculates, when the absolute value of the instantaneous value of the comparison target is less than a prescribed value F, a correction value lower than a value of 1 by dividing the absolute value of the instantaneous value of the comparison target by the prescribed value F, multiplying the resulting value with a positive value N less than 1, and further adding a positive value M less than 1 to the value, and sets the upper limit value B and the lower limit value C by using an addition value D2 and a subtraction value E2 corrected by multiplying the addition value D1 and the subtraction value E1 by the correction value, and, when the absolute value of the instantaneous value of the comparison target is equal to or higher than the prescribed value F, sets the upper limit value B and the lower limit value C by using the addition value D1 and the subtraction value E1 without the correction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
