<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer cover that has improved peelability of labels therefrom with a simple configuration for an easy label peeling, and when being pulverized and reused as a recycled material, prevents the fragments of a label from being left on the outer cover and from being rolled in or attached to a pulverization device, and thereby easily manufactures a recycled material without failure of a pulverization device, as well as an image forming apparatus using the outer cover. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 1 includes an outer cover 100 that has a case configured to surround the outer periphery of an apparatus body and on which an adhesive label is attached.
