<p>Disclosed in the embodiments of the invention are a method for recommending information, recommendation engine and network system. The method comprises: obtaining a friend list of a user from a data resource possessing social relationship; from a user action database, obtaining an action record of a friend in the buddy list of the user; according to the action record of a friend in the buddy list of the user and the current action information of the user, generating the recommended information matching with the current action information of the user; sending the recommended information to the application website. By utilizing the embodiments of the invention, when information is recommended to a user, the recommended information can be generated on the basis of the social relationship and according to the action record of a friend of the user. The recommended information generated according to the action record of a friend of the user has strong pertinence and can enhance user experience.</p> |
