PURPOSE: A high voltage generating circuit and a semiconductor device including the same are provided to reduce the size of a high voltage generating circuit by using an amplifier instead of a plurality of level shifters. CONSTITUTION: A high voltage pump(420) generates a high voltage by increasing an external voltage of a voltage pump. A distribution circuit(320) distributes the high voltage in response to a plurality of switches operated with enable signals and outputs the distributed voltage to a first node. An amplification circuit(330) amplifies a voltage applied to the first node. A comparison circuit compares the amplified voltage with a reference voltage and transmits the output signal by the comparison result to the high voltage pump. The high voltage pump generates the high voltage with a uniform level. |
