PURPOSE: A producing method of jelly using meat materials is provided to maintain the unique texture of the jelly, and to offer the unique taste, flavor, and color of the meat materials to the jelly. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of jelly using meat materials comprises the following steps: crushing the meat materials(S110); mixing 100 parts of crushed meat materials by weight, 50-200 parts of rice powder by weight, and 10-80 parts of water by weight to obtain a mixture(S120); steaming the mixture, and aging the steamed mixture at room temperature for 10-15 minutes(S130, S140); molding the aged mixture into a first molded product in a rod shape(S150); cooling the first molded product using 10-20 deg C water(S160); and molding the cooled first molded product into a second molded product(S170).
