Embodiments of the present invention provide a LICENSE control method and device. The corresponding method comprises making statistics on a usage amount of LICENSE in a sampling period; accumulating the usage amount of LICENSE of each sampling period, to obtain a total usage amount of LICENSE; when the total usage amount of LICENSE exceeds a threshold, controlling the current usage amount of LICENSE.
