PURPOSE: A pixel structure, a display device thereof, and an electronic device thereof are provided to block obstacles when two sub pixel electrodes are electrically connected each other. CONSTITUTION: First and second planarized films(51,52) are successively laminated on a substrate on which a circuit unit is formed. Metal lines(53,58) are formed between the first and second planarized films. Two electrodes(46A,46B) are electrically connected each other. The two electrodes are formed on separated second planarized films.
