PURPOSE: A resonator assembly for vehicles is provided to easily couple an air duct and a resonator by forming a first resonator neck and a second neck connecting hole in a different direction. CONSTITUTION: A resonator assembly(100) for vehicles comprises an air duct(110), a resonator(120). The air duct comprises a firs resonator neck(113), and a second neck connecting hole. One side of the first resonator neck is partly protruded. The second neck connecting hole is separately formed from the first resonator neck at a constant interval. The resonator comprises a first neck connecting hole, and a second resonator neck(124). The first neck connecting hole is formed on one side of a first volume unit(121), and the first resonator neck is inserted into the first neck connecting hole. The second resonator neck is partly protruded toward the inner side of a second volume unit(122).
