<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of an LCD module by reducing the number of components used for fixing an LED bar. <P>SOLUTION: An LCD module 1 comprises a liquid crystal panel 2, an LED bar 5 having an LED 4 mounted on a circuit board 3, a light guide plate 6 for guiding light emitted from the LED 4 to the liquid crystal panel 2, a front frame 7 supporting the liquid crystal panel 2, a rear frame 8 supporting the LED bar 5 and the light guide plate 6, a cell guide 9 for fixing the liquid crystal panel 2 and the light guide plate 6, and a stopper 10 for fixing the LED bar 5. The stopper 10 is integrally formed with the cell guide 9, and fixes the LED bar 5 between the stopper 10 and a side wall 8b of the rear frame 8 by pressing the circuit board 3 of the LED bar 5 toward the side wall 8b of the rear frame 8. Thus, the LED bar 5 can be fixed to the rear frame 8 without the use of an adhesive tape or a screw. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
