<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture in which a fixing component for fixing an installation spring does not project to the outside of a fixture body and the spring performance of the installation spring does not deteriorate, and which can be installed easily on an installation place such as a ceiling. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting fixture 1 has a peripheral wall part 2a, a flange part 2b installed continuously at the lower end of the peripheral wall part 2a, and an end wall part 2c installed continuously at the upper end of the peripheral wall part 2a, and has a fixture body 2 of which the lower end is open. A socket 11 is arranged in the fixture body 2, and a light source 15 is detachably supported by the socket 11. A fire-spread cut-off member 25 of nonflammable material is arranged on the end wall part 2c and is fixed to the fixture body 2.
