<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an organic thin-film solar cell which is easy to manufacture. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an organic thin-film solar cell comprises: a preparation step of preparing a transparent electrode substrate having a transparent substrate, a transparent electrode layer formed on the transparent substrate, and a hole extraction layer mainly composed of PEDOT/PSS (complex of polyethylene dioxythiophene and polystyrenesulfonic acid) formed on the transparent electrode layer and a metal electrode substrate having a metal electrode layer having a metal layer on its surface and a photoelectric conversion layer formed on the metal electrode layer; and a heating and pressure-bonding step of disposing the transparent electrode substrate and the metal electrode substrate so that the hole extraction layer faces the photoelectric conversion layer and heating and pressure-bonding the transparent electrode substrate and the metal electrode substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
