<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow channel structure in which mixing between fluids merged in a flow channel can be promoted while avoiding a remarkable increase in a pressure loss in the flow channel. <P>SOLUTION: The flow channel 2 of the flow channel structure includes: a first introduction path 22 into which a first fluid is introduced; a second introduction path 24 into which a second fluid is introduced; a merging part 26 for merging the first fluid flowing through the first introduction path 22 with the second fluid flowing through the second introduction path 24 in the thickness direction of a substrate 4; a first merged fluid flow channel 28 in which both fluids merged with each other in the merging part 26 flow along the front surface 4a of the substrate 4; a flow direction change part 30 for changing the flow direction of the fluid flowing through the first merged fluid flow channel 28 from the front surface 4a side of the substrate 4 to the back surface 4b side thereof; and a second merged fluid flow channel 32 for changing the flow direction of the fluid flowing through both of the first merged fluid flow channel 28 and the flow direction change part 30 so that the fluid may flow along the back surface 4b of the substrate 4 to the downstream side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
