<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for easily adjusting a clearance between a stationary blade and a rotary blade in a lawn mower for mowing between the rotary blade having spiral cutting blades and the stationary blade disposed so as to be contacted with the rotation loci of the cutting blades of the rotary blade. <P>SOLUTION: The stationary blade 2 adjacent to the rotary blade 1 pivotally supports support plates 4 provided at both ends on a body frame 5 and clearances between the stationary blade and the cutting blades 1a-1e of the rotary blade 1 are adjusted by rotation. The rotation means of the stationary blade 2 seizes one end of a leaf spring 7 curved in an arc state on the body frame 5 and seizes the other end on the support plates 4 of the stationary blade 2. The tip of a fastening screw 8 passing through the middle part of the leaf spring 7 is passed through the body frame 5 and the screw is equipped with an adjustment knob at the tip. Bending height of the leaf spring 7 is changed by rotating the adjustment knob and a seizing position of the stationary blade 2 is moved to rotate the stationary blade 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
