<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of unpleasant noise when an electric flapper is rotated by a manual operation because, conventionally, a wheelchair lift apparatus for a vehicle has had the problem that, when an electric flapper mounted on a platform is rotated by a manual operation, the electric motor or reduction gear train rotates by the force of the manual operation and generates a high-frequency sound and other unpleasant noises. <P>SOLUTION: The configuration is such that it is possible to switch between a power-connected state, in which a power system having a flapper drive device 20 using an electric motor as a power source is connected, and a power-disconnected state, in which the power is disconnected. The generation of unpleasant noise by the electric motor and the like is prevented by performing the manual operation of the flapper 11 in the power-disconnected state where the same has been moved laterally. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
