<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster detection image processing system capable of detecting a large-area disaster with high efficiency and at a high speed, using an image collected from aircraft or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: a camera 1 that is installed on a flying body and photographs the ground from the sky; a thumbnail developing section 22 that is installed on the flying body and develops a thumbnail image based on image data picked up by the camera 1; and a high-temperature section extraction section 32 that detects a disaster occurrence location based on the thumbnail image developed by the thumbnail developing section 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
