<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener the rigidity force of which is more improved than that of conventional floor mat fasteners. <P>SOLUTION: A fastener 1 of floor mat 4 for an automobile includes: an insertion part 5 inserted into a part of a vehicle body 3; a fastening part 6 for fastening the floor mat 4; and a body 7, which connects the insertion part 5 and the fastening part 6. The body 7 partially includes: an upper surface part 8; a lower surface part 9; and first connection parts 10a and second connection parts 10b, which connect the upper surface part 8 and lower surface part 9. The first connection parts 10a form the body 7 of an H-shaped structure in cross section.
