<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery housing case in which the possibility that the end of a negative electrode contact terminal is hooked to the negative electrode side surface of a battery can be reduced significantly even when the battery housed in the battery housing case is removed from the end on the negative electrode side, and an electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A case 11 has housing parts 11a-11f for housing batteries. Negative electrode contact terminals 14as, 14bs, 14cs ... come into contact with the negative electrodes of the batteries. The portion of the negative electrode contact terminals 14as, 14bs, 14cs ... on the side closer to the tip than the final turn is an extension which extends to pass through the center part of a winding shape formed of a plurality of turns.
