<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire molding device which can make it possible to accelerate the tire molding speed, increase space saving efficiency and reduce the vertical size of a gyration mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: This tire molding device is of the following mechanical construction: Each drum device 2 is fixedly placed in the way that a plurality of molding drums 3 are arranged at the same distance to the gyration center C of a gyrating table 4 and in the same orientated fashion, and are mutually deviated at the same angle around the gyration center C. In addition, the gyrating table 4 for supporting a plurality of the drum devices 2, a gyrating bearing 17 for supporting the gyrating table 4 and a rotary device 30 for turning the gyrating table 4, are provided. The gyrating table 4 is turned by making an output gear 31 of the rotary device 30 intermesh with a gyrating gear 20 installed at the gyrating table 4. Further, at the gyration suspension molding operation positions 5A and 5B of each molding drum, a carcass band molding drum 6 is installed in an extended line originating from one molding drum. Besides, a carcass band conveying device 8 is arranged on a track 7 between the molding drum and the carcass band molding drum 6. On the other hand, in an extended line originating from the other molding drum, a band-like member molding drum 9 is arranged, and a band-like member conveying device 11 is arranged on a track 10 between the other molding drum and the band-like member molding drum 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
