<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid developer for electrophotography having excellent heat-resistant storage stability and uniform particle size and shape of resin particles included therein. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid developer for electrophotography comprises core-shell type resin particles (C) dispersed in a non-hydrophilic organic solvent (L) having a dielectric constant of 1 to 4 at 20°C, the core-shell resin particle comprising one or more shell layers (P) containing a first resin (a) and a single core layer (Q) containing a second resin (b) with a weight ratio of (P) to (Q) ranging from (1:99) to (70:30). The resin (a) is a block copolymer (BP) having a monomer (α) having a 5-30C aliphatic cyclic hydrocarbon group as a structural unit or a grafted copolymer (GP) having the above monomer (α) as a structural unit in the main chain moiety. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
