<p>A reading unit reads the data of a prescribed size, by communicating with a buffer (41) before the start of reading point of time of a CPU (2). The reading process is repeated for a specific time interval, based on the buffer read time which is required for reading the data from the buffer. The data received through the buffer is read, before the read point of time of CPU is completed. The data received from the reading unit is transmitted as an output from an output unit to the CPU, when the read point of the CPU occurs.</p> |
