The invention relates to a device comprising an extraction duct (1) equipped with a fan (2) to cause forced air circulation from inside the toilet (4) toward the exterior of the enclosed space through a first end (3) of said duct (1). The opposite end of the duct (1) is equipped with a nozzle (5) connected to an access opening that opens onto the inside of the toilet (1). This access opening can be defined: as an extension of the nozzle (5) disposed between the seat (6) and the toilet (4); in the seat (6) of the toilet (4), as an inner chamber (7) communicating with the inside edge of said seat (6) through holes (8) for extracting air and unpleasant odors; or as an inner channel (9) on the edge of the toilet (4), provided with inner openings (10) for extracting air and unpleasant odors.
