PURPOSE: An image display device is provided to control data which is applied to a sub-pixel and to determine align of patent retarder corresponding to arrangement of an RGB sub pixel. CONSTITUTION: A display device(10) includes a pixel array. A sub pixel is formed on a column line and a row line of the pixel array. The display device selectively implements a two-dimensional image and a three-dimensional image. A first retarder and a second retarder are formed in a patent retarder(20). The first retarder passes through light from the display device.
