PURPOSE: A blind textile inspecting system and a method thereof are provided to automatically perform an inspection of a blind textile and to preciously inspect images photographed by a line scan camera in the state lights are irradiated by an analysis using a computer. CONSTITUTION: A blind textile inspecting system comprises a rotary encoder(110), an encode distributor(120), a motion board(130), a trigger board(140), an LED illumination(150), a line scan camera(160), a DIO board(170), and a grabber board(180). The rotary encoder measures a moving speed of a roller. The encode distributor distributes rotary encode signals. The motion board accepts the signals distributed by the encode distributor with a computer. The trigger board receives the trigger signals from the encode distributor. The LED illumination irradiates lights to a blind textile. The line scan camera photographs the blind textile using the lights irradiated by the LED illumination. The DIO(Disk Input/Output) board controls an on/off switching of the LED illumination using the computer. The grabber board receives photographing signals from the trigger board and transmits the photographing signals to the line scan camera, thereby photographing images of the blind textile.
