<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a solid fuel capable of reducing odor of activated sludge which is generated in a process for treating organic waste, and which is difficult to be treated, and capable of recycling the activated sludge as a solid fuel by a simple production system, and to provide a recycle circulation system using the production method. <P>SOLUTION: In the method, organic coagulating sedimentation sludge is added to a mixture obtained by mixing activated sludge discharged from each place with coffee grounds having deodorization mechanism, and then stirred, to thereby produce a solid fuel not generating odor by natural drying. In the epoch-making recycle circulation system, which is a system using the production method, a facility such as a stirring apparatus is installed in a place (factory or the like) where the activated sludge is generated, and the solid fuel is produced by the method on the spot, and the produced fuel is used as a fuel on the place (factory or the like), to thereby enable the activated sludge which is difficult to be treated to be used as the fuel without transporting/moving it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
