<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control device of an electric vehicle, which efficiently uses power supplies of a motor by selecting a proper power supply according to a traveling state of a vehicle, and prevents a degradation of a battery. <P>SOLUTION: For an electric charging (S4) when the vehicle 1 is traveling on a continuous up-and-down road, a capacitor 20 is selected as a power supply of the motor 6 by a power supply selection part 22, as long as an capacitor charging rate does not reach the upper limit value (S5).
