<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately cold-store an object based on a state of ice crystal of an object to be cooled. <P>SOLUTION: A cooling management device includes: a model storage unit for storing, beforehand, a calculation model for analysis of a state of the ice crystal based on the data of an absorption spectrum; a measuring device unit 20 for acquiring the data of the absorption spectrum based on reflected light or transmitted light received from the object by irradiating the object with light; a calculation unit for executing calculation to analyze the state of the ice crystal based on the data of the absorption spectrum acquired by the measuring device unit 20 and the calculation model of the model calculation unit; a determination unit 33 for determining whether to change a cooling operation so that the state of the ice crystal satisfies a predetermined reference based on the state of the ice crystal obtained from the calculation results; and a cooling running control unit for controlling the cooling running of the cooling unit 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
