<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay station and a relay control method in a relay station that can relay radio communication suppressing occurrence of delay efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: A relay station 105 according to the invention comprises a mobile station side antenna 123 and a base station side antenna 121, and can wirelessly communicate with multiple base stations 103a and 103b, and relays radio communication between one of the multiple base stations 103a and 103b and a mobile station.
