<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safety during switching at disconnection, simplify the automation control/operation, and enlarge the application field of a device, related to a manual/automatic switching device. <P>SOLUTION: 1) A normalization gain setting function before a manual/automatic changeover switch is assigned to perform first normalization related to time such as a natural frequency, and a normalization gain setting function after the manual/automatic changeover switch is assigned to perform second normalization related to a process amount such as a process gain. 2) As a processing system for the process amount exceeding a threshold, the device has a condition selecting function of an automatic cutoff mode for a process by operation amount cutoff processing to a low-load (low-speed) operation system, a single operation system, and a system of a different appropriate mode depending on conditions, etc., other than conventional operation amount holding processing for shifting to a manual operation in a high-load (high-speed) operation system and a group operation system for system linkage. 3) In an actual machine as well, the manual/automatic switching function having a test mode for enabling confirmation by simulation as in an embodiment is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
