The present invention relates to a two-stage buckle (Fig. 1), which is coupled and separated in two stages such that the coupling tension of the fastening bands (30, 30') can be adjusted in two stages by improving upon existing insertion-type buckles (Fig. 5), in which insertion bodies are inserted into housings that are used for clothes, bags, shoes, and sporting goods and the inserted insertion bodies are coupled or separated in one stage. The invention comprises: as shown in Fig. 2, a two-stage side release type buckle, in which hook protrusions (21) are formed on both outer lateral sides of an insertion leg portion (22) which is installed on an insertion body, so that the insertion leg portion is inserted and coupled with a buckle housing (10) having two hook grooves (11, 12) on both sides thereof; and as shown in Fig. 3, a two-stage center push type buckle, in which one hook protrusion (21') is formed on the center of an upper surface of an insertion leg portion (22') which is installed on an insertion body, so that the insertion leg portion is inserted and coupled with a buckle housing (10') having two hook grooves (11', 12') on the center of an upper surface thereof. |
