PURPOSE: An apparatus for single transmission broadcasting service without needing an ETI input signal process is provided to efficiently construct a transmission system through a multiplexer and a transmitter. CONSTITUTION: An MSC(Main Service Channel) generating unit(207) generates an MSC which is necessary for each transmission frame. An FIC(Fast Information Channel) generating unit(209) generates an FIC based on MCI and SI information which is received from an multiplex managing unit. A transmission frame configuring unit(211) configures a transmission frame to the MSC which is generated from the MSC generating unit. A DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) modulating unit(213) receives the transmission frame from the transmission frame configuring unit.
