<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical transceiver capable of easily replacing or repairing a plurality of optical transmitting/receiving devices which constitute the optical transceiver by individually attaching/detaching the same and capable of eliminating an unnecessary component. <P>SOLUTION: An optical transceiver 10 comprises: an optical transceiver main body section; plural pairs of optical transmitters 13 and optical receivers which are arranged in parallel and stored inside the optical transceiver main body; optical transmitter substrates 15 and optical receiver substrates which individually hold each optical transmitter 13 and the optical receiver respectively; an optical transceiver substrate 20 which holds each optical transmitter substrate 15 as well as each optical receiver substrate; connectors 18 which detachably connect the optical transceiver substrate 20 and each optical transmitter substrate 15 as well as each optical receiver substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
