<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a reinforcing material for a structure and a method for forming these. <P>SOLUTION: This reinforcing material 100 can include at least mutually fixed two separate members 102a and 102b. The reinforcing material 100 can also include a bonding material 104 arranged on the members 102a and 102b and confined in an outside boundary P<SB POS="POST">1</SB>of a carrier. The bonding member 104 can be constituted to fix the carrier to the structure.
