<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation tomography apparatus capable of capturing reduced and expanded images by controlling the positional relation between a subject and a radiation source detecting means, wherein an experimenter can be prevented from exposure to radiation. <P>SOLUTION: This radiation tomography apparatus has a shift means for controlling the size of a subject image to be captured in an FPD4 by allowing an X-ray tube 3 and the FPD4 to close or be separated to and from the subject. This apparatus also has a ring-like member 9 having a long hole, and two shielding bodies 19a, 19b arranged in a direction of extension of the long hole for the ring-like member 9. This apparatus is mostly characterized in that the two shielding bodies 19a, 19b are each moved in a direction opposite to the direction of shift operation of the X-ray tube 3 and the FPD 4. Thus, even if executing any one of the reduction and expansion imaging, the experimenter can be prevented from exposure to radiation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
