<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawing device and a drawing program to be executed in said device capable of easily creating a screen program which can operate correctly in line with the user's intention when executed in a programmable display. <P>SOLUTION: The drawing device 1 comprises: a screen program creation unit 111 for creating a screen program including a component program; a setting program creation unit 112 for creating a setting program to be associated with a component program; and a recording unit 12 for recording the component program created in advance and the setting program which is created in advance in association with the component program.
