<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that can acquire transmission images of high image quality where uneven density is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus detects radiation that is radiated from a radiation generation part and transmits a specimen in a detection part, and performs processing for obtained value distributions that are detected by a detection part. The information processing apparatus includes a value distribution acquisition unit for acquiring the value distributions, and a corrector for correcting the value distributions according to the distributions of value corresponding to a given chart part where the degree by which the radiation transmits is known out of the value distributions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
