The present invention relates to a treatment agent for human papillomavirus using a recombinant vector including a gene which codes adenylate cyclase activating polypeptide 1 (ADCYAP1) (pituitary). By using the recombinant vector and the pharmaceutical composition including same, according to the present invention, human papillomavirus can be effectively prevented or treated by suppressing the proliferation of human papillomavirus cells.
