The damper (100) has spacing elements (160) which are received in groove (170) with one rotational axis (110) turned inner contact surface and rotational axis turned away outer contact surface. The spacing element is conductible between the front and rear end positions. A recess of the pendulum mass carrier (130) is formed at inner contact surface between the front and rear end positions in such a manner that a detent position with contact surface is set up to impede the spacing elements moving in rotation direction of pendulum mass carrier along inner contact surface.
