The circuit has a throttling device (1) whose outer windings (8-10) are arranged on a common core (2) that comprises multiple middle and outer wound legs (3-5) running next to each other, where the legs are connected at two ends. Two storage throttles (11, 12) of a transducer are arranged with the windings on the legs. The outer windings include equal number of turns on the legs, and are connected with one another such that one of the storage throttles is energized to produce magnetic flux that is oriented relative to circumference of the core in same direction. The core is selected from EI-core, EE-core or M-core.
